Alternative Heritage Tour Travel Itinerary for the Yangtze River Cruise
The following tour will be offered for the 2010 season. All Heritage tours have added one day to the schedule for a total of 15 days without an increase in price.

Day 0 - U.S.A.
Depart from U.S.A. to Beijing, China (Your own arrangement)
Day 1 - Beijing
Arrive in Beijing Meet RTTS representative and take a private van to Oriental Culture Hotel, a 4 star hotel Rest and recuperate from the flight
Day 2 - Beijing (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel Welcome Orientation Visit Tiananmen Square & Forbidden City Kite flying will be available if weather permits Chinese style lunch as a group Optional swimming in hotel pool
Day 3 - Beijing (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel Visit the Summer Palace Lunch together as a group Discussion with Citizen Panel Children swim in pool with supervsion
Day 4 - Beijing (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel Full day excursion to the Great Wall Lunch at a typical Chinese restaurant Visit the Olympic Park and associated sites Family free time to explore and have dinner on your own
Day 5 - Beijing (B/L/D)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel Visit Hutong neighborhood: Drum Tower and Shichahai Lake by richshaw Make dumplings with a local family and enjoy a delicious homemade meal Shopping time for adults while kids have planned activities Dinner together
Day 6 - Beijing / Chongqing (B/D)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel and then checkout Take a flight to Chongqing and have lunch on the airplane Arrive in Chongqing and meet with the RTTS representative Take a private van for city touring Board the river cruise vessel and enjoy dinner on the river
Day 7 - Three Gorges Cruise along the Yangtze River (B/L/D)
Breakfast on the river boat Visit Shibaozhai Temple or Fengdu Ghost Town Lunch as a group Scenic cruising Dinner on the boat
Day 8 - Three Gorges Cruise along the Yangtze River (B/L/D)
Breakfast on the river boat Lesser Three Gorges or Shen Nong Stream excursion Lunch as a group Scenic cruising Dinner on the boat
Day 9 - Yichang / Adoption Province (B/D)
Breakfast on the river boat Three Gorges Dam tour Arrive in Yichang Take a flight to the capital city of the designated province and eat a late lunch on the airplane Arrive in the city and check into the hotel Dinner with the local representative
Day 10 - Capital City / Orphanage City (B/D)
Breakfast at the hotel Take a van to the orphanage city Check into the hotel Lunch on your own Visit the orphanage Dinner with the local representative
Day 11 - Orphanage City / Capital City (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel Visit the found place Lunch and then hotel check out Van ride back to the orphanage city Check into hotel and dinner on your own

Day 12 - Adoption Province / Shanghai (B/D)
Breakfast at the hotel and then checkout Take a flight to Shanghai and have lunch on the plane Arrive in Shanghai and check into the Huating Hotel, a 5-star hotel Family free time Dinner together as a group Night view of Shanghai on a cruise
Day 13 - Shanghai (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel Visit Oriental Pearl Tower Lunch together as a group Family free time Dinner on your own Evening show by the Shanghai Acrobats
Day 14 - Shanghai (B/L)
