This meeting is held to introduce services provided by Red Thread Tours & Services to prospective families. The information shared at this meeting will cover general travel schedules, travel routes, group activities on the tour, and orphanage visit activities. The goal of this meeting is to have an open dialogue to hear what families’ expectations are and to share how Red Thread Tours & Services can tailor tours to fulfill these expectations.

  Travel Orientation Workshop      
 
This meeting is set up to prepare families regarding the details of traveling to China such as contact information, money, passports/visas, weather, packing, Chinese culture, gift-giving, tipping, and more. During this meeting each family will receive their final itinerary. You will have the opportunity to hear from families who have previously taken heritage tours with Red Thread Tours & Services.

While the parents are in their workshop, the kids have activities of their own. During this time the kids receive similar information as the parents and continue to explore and express their feelings about the heritage tour.
